Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

01 / HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, you must contact our customer support team first at ChristineGibbs5063@outlook.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

03 / RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Our Error (Defective/Damaged Items)

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs ($0.00) or provide a prepaid shipping label.

Customer Reasons (Change of Mind / Incorrect Size)

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered, or no longer needed), a flat rate return shipping fee of $30.00 USD will be applied and deducted from your refund.

04 / RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for any returned items.

05 / REFUNDS PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days (minus the $30.00 USD return shipping fee if applicable).

06 / LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
