01 / SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders globally. There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges added at checkout.

Q: What is your order processing time?

A: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

A: Estimated transit time for the United States and Europe (including Spain) is 7 to 15 business days. For the rest of the world, it typically takes 10 to 20 business days.

02 / RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return window?

A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package was successfully delivered.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?

A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for returned items.

Q: Who pays for the return shipping?

A: If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged item), we cover 100% of the cost. For personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), a flat rate return shipping fee of $30.00 USD will be applied and deducted from your final refund.

Q: What is your authorized return address?

A: Approved returns must be sent to our authorized center: ALVARES ERADIO, 4605 Campbell Rd, Houston, TX 77041, United States. Please contact us before shipping items back.
